This is the terms and conditions of Peachy Dandy Networks\'("Peachy Dandy") websites. When accessing, viewing or otherwise using Peachy Dandy you agree to the following terms and conditions.1. You agree not to spam or send unwanted emails to Peachy Dandy emails. Any entity sending unwanted emails to Peachy Dandy, the entity agrees to pay $250 USD flat fee plus $1 per email. These fees must be paid within 30 days ("End Date") If entity has not paid by the End Date, the entity agrees to pay 1.5% per month in additional charges.
2. You agree not to spam or send advertising through our online applications such as but not limited to helpdesk, contact form, and client section. Any entity sending unwanted postings or spam agrees to pay $250 USD flat fee plus $1 per email. These fees must be paid within 30 days ("End Date") If entity has not paid by the End Date, the entity agrees to pay 1.5% per month in additional charges.
